Hi, I’m Sarah-Louise some of you may have read my recent ‘Dress up your curves‘ article on Superstar Magazine so I’m sure you’ll know I have a huge interest in fashion and styling. I hope to be predominately a model however enjoy writing and styling. Everything I do within the creative industry has been picked up through practice and my own research as well as the help and support of the many extremely helpful contacts I’ve made along the way.

My new goal within modelling has been inspired by my partner. My goal is to help woman love their bodies. On a recent body paint shoot with photographer Yousra Salem I was taken out of my comfort zone and it paid off I hope. I love the feminine physique and find curves sexy let’s bring back hips, bums and boobs! ; )

Q. How did you start modelling?

I always wanted to model and have had a keen interest in fashion my whole life. The first stages were probably posing for photo shoots in my house and my back garden! With my hair and make-up done by my young teenage self and friends.

Q. Where in the world would you like to go with modelling?

Obviously I would love to make it in my home country. I am however off to Europe this summer with hopes of seeking new inspirations and making many new contacts no doubt.

Q. What is your favourite dress and why?

My favourite dress is by LBD. It’s a body con dress and does wonders for my figure as well as my confidence!

Q. Which type of makeup do you use and why?

I mainly use make-up from the body shop as well as other natural ranges. I do so because I like to minimise my impact on this earth environmentally as well as be kind to my skin.

Q. If you became the president of the fashion industry what changes would you bring?

I would certainly promote models with a healthy looking shape. Im not a size zero nor will I ever be, it’s not sexy.

Q. Quantity or Quality?

Quality, mostly ;P

Q. How do you work on your expressions?

I pose in the mirror, it’s the best way to see what other people/cameras see.

Q. Where are you taking your career this year?

As I mentioned above im going to be on my travels this year, so I hope to report back via Superstar Magazine with many an article as well as broadening my horizons in terms of the shoots I do. I’d love to do more art inspired photo shoots. Watch this space.

Q. How often do you get asked out? And how do you respond?

I would have to politely decline as im in a relationship.
