Katy Perry To Perform At 2012 Grammy Awards
Katy Perry will perform at the 54th annual Grammy Awards, held on February 12th in Los Angeles.
The ‘Fireworks’ singer joins Nicki Minaj, Taylor Swift, Jason Aldean, Glen Campbell, The Band Perry, Blake Shelton, Coldplay, Rihanna, Bruno Mars, Paul McCartney and Kelly Clarkson for the high anticipated event.
Perry is up for ‘Record of the year’ and ‘Best solo performance’ two Grammy awards, lucky girl!
This will be the singer’s first televised gig since her break up with husband Russell Brand. Katy had been scheduled to appear at the People’s Choice Awards previously this year but had cancelled.
More good news for this hottie is that apparently she may be in for her own 3D movie, following in the footsteps of Jonas brothers and Justin Bieber.
Additionally, the first presenters were also unveiled: Drake, Miranda Lambert and Gwyneth Paltrow will also take the stage on Sunday in the live telecast honouring the best of the best in music.
